We reached new audiences for Circus Juventas with a steady stream of earned media over a period of five months, from AP Newswire to the Washington Post and local TV, radio and print in between. CW has worked with the Cathedral Heritage Foundation in planning all six of its annual Festival of Lights galas, successfully raising the funds to restore and  preserve the Cathedral of Saint Paul as a cultural and historical landmark in the City of Saint Paul.

CW supervised the publishing project for Mary Jo Copeland's book, GREAT LOVE. Once through the final steps of publication and distribution, we embarked on a national marketing strategy. We earned national radio exposure on more than half a dozen shows and many local radio, print, and TV stories which focused on Mary Jo's impact on helping the poor and immigrant population get back on their fee to living independently. The book was recently named a Midwest Book Award Finalist.

CW helped steer home-care company, ComForCare, to greater visibility in a competitive senior care market.

Cathedral's SOUND OFF! Campaign

We developed a marketing/fundraising strategy to raise $3.4 million to refurbish the Cathedral of Saint Paul's pipe organs over 4 years. The result was better than anyone had anticipated. We raise the funds to pay for the organ project in full before the Inaugural concert and we packed the house with an estimated 3400 people attending the concert.

New name. New highly regarded reputation. CW branded Twin Cities Pain Clinic and positioned the medical director and staff as experts in their field. CW helped earn placement of staff at grand round lecture presentations, medical publications, as well as in local media. Twin Cities Pain Clinic patient story on WCCO TV helped bring in hundreds of calls from people with similar pain issues.

Book Publishing, Distribution, and Promotions

When Red Bull North America expressed interest in bring Crashed Ice to Cathedral Hill, CW helped  facilitate the first partnership between the Archdiocese, Cathedral, City of Saint Paul and the Austrian-based energy drink company. The event has now been hosted on on the Cathedral steps for five years, and has helped the Cathedral earn international media and engagement with a younger demographic.
